Suns’ split weekend in Sydney

COFFS Harbour Suns Youth Men (Under 20s) have split their representative games during their double header weekend in Sydney.

The Suns team went 1-1 during the latest round of their Basketball NSW Waratah Basketball League representative season.

The Suns opened their weekend in Sydney with a 106-75 win against Parramatta-Cumberland.

Noah Light top scored with 30 points, and Kaspa Ngohset was next best with 28 points.

The Suns backed up the next morning, going down by 93-71 to the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles.

Noah Light had a game high 27 points for the Suns, and Kaspa Ngohset was next best with 16 points.

Light leads the league in scoring with an average of 25.3 points per game.

The Suns currently sit in fourth spot on the ladder with a 3-3 record.

Their next game is at home on Saturday, 9 May, when they host the Port Macquarie Dolphins at Sportz Central..
