THE 2026 Pink Silks Trust (PST) Long Lunch has raised an incredible $40,000, with funds contributing towards liver cancer research and the revamp of the Infusion Room at the Coffs Harbour Health Campus.
What first began as a high tea has grown over the years into the now well-known Long Lunch, bringing together community businesses and over 100 local women each year.
Attendees dress in a sea of pink in support of the PST and their work to improve women’s health initiatives.
For 14 consecutive years, Coffs Harbour restaurant Latitude 30 has donated food and champagne to the fundraiser, but also their staff and venue.
This support allows the PST to contribute 100 percent of the ticket revenue – this year $11,500 – to worthy causes.
PST co-founder and Chair Tanya Johnson OAM said, “This partnership has played a significant role towards the fundraising results each year.
“Community events like this simply don’t happen without businesses willing to stand beside local charities year after year.
“We are so grateful to all the businesses and individuals that contributed to the PST Long Lunch at Latitude.
“Latitude 30 has supported us since the early days and 14 years later they continue to turn up and support what we do.”
Over the past 20 years, Pink Silks Trust has donated more than $1.645 million to the local community.
