The Coffs Harbour Comets travel to take on the South Grafton Rebels to kick off the round on Saturday afternoon.
The Nambucca Roosters host the Macksville Sea Eagles on Sunday afternoon.
Round 7 also sees the Sawtell Panthers and Woolgoolga Seahorses reserves meet in their top of the ladder clash at Solitary Island Sports Ground.
The Grafton Ghosts women and Macksville Sea Eagles Under 18s are both undefeated to lead their respective competitions.
