A FIELD of 33 players contested this week’s Stableford competition on a dry course that provided plenty of run.
The standout performer of the day was Kim Batty, who returned an excellent score of 38 Stableford points to take out the competition. Kim’s consistent play, good course management and the ability to capitalise on the favourable conditions proved the difference, finishing clear of the field.
Scoring was generally solid, with players enjoying the extra distance on offer. Congratulations to Kim with 6 pars, a well-deserved victory and thanks to all 33 competitors for another enjoyable day of golf.
