The Shoreline finalist in two categories in Business Awards

LUXURY retirement living and residential aged care community, The Shoreline, is one of several Coffs Harbour businesses named as a finalist in two categories at the 2026 Business NSW Mid North Coast Business Awards – Excellence in Large Business, and Outstanding Employee.

Its Residential Aged Care facility is now operating at full capacity and , with a commitment to creating a positive work environment and facilitating staff housing security.

The Shoreline has partnered with FOODiQ Global and Australian Mushrooms on the Mushrooms on the Menu (MoM) project, introducing UV-exposed mushrooms into daily meals to boost vitamin D and combat a widespread deficiency among residents.

Aurielle Reyes, Director of Care at The Shoreline, has also been named a finalist in the Outstanding Employee category.

Known for her person-centred approach and compassionate leadership, Ms Reyes produced results such as cutting call bell response times to around 1 minute, growing the volunteer program from 5 to 25 participants in a year, and helping make The Shoreline one of the lowest fall-rate facilities in the Mid North Coast.

Also a Mary Porter Award recipient and 2025 You Are ACE! Awards for Leadership finalist, this latest accolade cements her reputation as a standout leader in aged care.

The Shoreline’s General Manager, Owen Lednor, said the recognition was a proud moment for the whole team.
